It was a beautiful sunny day as teams of walkers gathered, after weeks of collecting pledges from family, friends, and community businesses to walk and roll the 2.5 km loop starting at Cokely Manor, through the center of Parksville, and back to Arrowsmith Lodge.

Our goal in TGP was to raise $20,000 towards our community walkway and outdoor event space project. This project will enable the residents and tenants to gather safely outside in larger groups, invite more community groups in, and create a platform for celebrations, presentations, outdoor markets, and so much more. In essence, we want to bring the community in to those who are unable to venture out.

We are happy to announce we reached 83% of our goal by raising $16675.00
